727 is a number of wholeness, balance and completion and is dedicated to my Honey & Pumpkin. The vines are planted in a combination of ancient Redding and Cometa soils and volcanic clasts. These well-draining loams date back 250,000 years. Depleted of nutrients, they stress vines just enough to produce small, flavor-dense berries exploding with crisp sea minerality, citrus and tropical notes such as pineapple with a subtle hint of a honey finish. This wine is aged perfectly for any season.
