Oh My Wined, Clements Hills, 2024. 727 is a number of wholeness, balance and completion and is dedicated to my Honey & Pumpkin. The vines are planted in a combination of ancient Redding and Cometa soils and volcanic clasts. These well-draining loams date back 250,000 years. Depleted of nutrients, they stress vines just enough to produce small, flavor-dense berries exploding with crisp citrus notes.
